Your tour starts early in the morning from Delhi. You travel by road to Jim Corbett, which is around 260 km away. The journey takes about 6 to 7 hours. During the drive, you pass through small towns, green farms, and scenic countryside. You reach Jim Corbett in the afternoon. After arrival, you check in to your wildlife resort and relax for some time. Later in the evening, you explore the nearby forest area with a bird watching guide. The area around Corbett has many birds such as kingfishers, parakeets, drongos, and eagles. The peaceful forest environment and fresh air make your evening very enjoyable. After bird watching, you return to the resort. You enjoy dinner and spend the night at Jim Corbett.

Day 2
At Jim Corbett

You start the day early because birds become active in the morning. After tea or coffee, you go for a guided bird watching walk near the forest and river area. You may spot birds like woodpeckers, hornbills, flycatchers, and wagtails. After the walk, you return to the resort for breakfast. Later, you can relax or explore the nearby village area. In the afternoon, you may visit the riverside for more bird sightings. The Kosi River area often attracts many birds. The guide helps you identify different bird species and explains their habits. This day gives you enough time to enjoy nature and bird photography. In the evening, you return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3
Jim Corbett to Pangot

After breakfast, you check out from the resort and drive towards Pangot, which lies near Nainital. The journey takes about 4 to 5 hours and offers beautiful mountain views. Pangot is a small and quiet village surrounded by thick oak and pine forests. Bird watchers from many countries visit this place because it has more than 250 bird species. After reaching Pangot, you check in to a cozy nature lodge. Later, you go for a bird watching walk with your guide. You may see birds such as Himalayan griffon, blue-winged minla, khalij pheasant, and many colorful Himalayan birds. The calm environment and forest trails make bird watching very exciting. In the evening, you return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4
Pangot to Sat Tal

You wake up early and go for another bird watching walk around Pangot. The fresh mountain air and quiet forest help you observe many birds. After breakfast, you leave Pangot and drive to Sat Tal. Sat Tal means “seven lakes.” The area has dense forests and peaceful lakes, which attract many migratory and resident birds. The drive takes around 2 hours. After reaching Sat Tal, you check in to your nature camp or hotel. In the afternoon, you explore the forest trails and lakeside areas with your guide.
